At Modern Skin Aesthetics & Wellness, our patients and guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.

Cancelation Policy

Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care.

Therefore, Modern Skin Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to charge a fee of:

$75 for each missed 24-hour/Day of - No Show cancelations Anti-wrinkle Treatment (Botox/Dysport/Jeuveau/etc) appointment

$100 for each missed 24-hour/Day of - No Show cancelations Filler/PRP/Sculptra/Kybella/etc appointment

$150 for each missed 24 hour/Day of - No Show cancelations Anti-wrinkle & Filler/PRP/Sculptra/Kybella/PDO Threads/etc appointment

Also, any deposits/prepayments made for a procedure will also become nonrefundable for each 24-hour/Day of - No Show cancelation. If you cancel/reschedule at least one day before the procedure your deposit will be moved to the new date.

Fee amounts are subject to change.

24-hour/Day Of Cancels/No Show fees will be billed to the patient. This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid before your next appointment. Multiple “No Shows” in any 12 months will result in termination from our practice.
